SCallaghan is recruiting experienced Desktop Support Technicians for a well-established organisation.
Requirements IT Diploma or relevant technical IT qualification 3–5 years' relevant IT/Desktop Support experience Strong desktop hardware and software troubleshooting experience Microsoft 365 / Office 365 support User access management, including access approval, revocation and blocking Active Directory experience Endpoint security, patching and system testing Network and connectivity troubleshooting A+, Network+, MCSA or similar certification would be advantageous Strong communication and user support skills Key Responsibilities Provide desktop and end-user technical support Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues Manage and support user access and permissions Assist with security controls and unauthorised access prevention Support endpoint security, system updates and patching Test and resolve desktop and system issues Provide professional technical assistance to users Our client is committed to Employment Equity and building an inclusive workplace.
