Prince2/MSP/PMP Experience required Experience of supporting delivery of transformation programmes; industry agnostic. Experience in project; ideally in a change or transformation environment, including such capabilities creation of plans and RAIDD management. Experience in business analysis, transformation communications & liaising with stakeholders, and engagement change monitoring. Experience in working with teams in interpreting clients' strategic, operational, and external drivers for change into coherent and logic recommendations. Experience in creating high quality visual outputs to communicate status, progress, business analysis outputs, and recommendations to clients. 2- 5 years of experience Consulting experience advantageous Responsibilities of the role Transformation Delivery & Project Support Support the delivery team with large-scale, technology-enabled transformation programmes, particularly within the public sector. Contribute to implementation planning, execution, and embedding of transformation initiatives. Apply project and programme management disciplines, including: Risk and issue management Progress tracking and reporting Financial monitoring Input into implementation planning Ensure safe and effective delivery of client engagements. Stakeholder & Change Management Engage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation. Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Drive change management activities to support adoption of new ways of working. Data Analysis, Reporting & Tools Use analytical tools and techniques (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets, presentations) to perform analysis and reporting.
