Salary: R25 000 - R30 000 CTC

About our client..
Our client is a specialist cause-marketing agency that creates and magnifies socially responsible solutions. They craft purpose-driven activations, change-making partnerships and ethical marketing campaigns that donât just increase awareness, trust, and loyalty â they make a real difference in the world.
Theyâre looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team and manage a portfolio of socially responsible brands, NGOs, and sustainable organisations.
What the job involves..
- Managing client relationships with confidence and care
- Coordinating and managing promotions and events end-to-end
- Creating and managing detailed project plans from inception to execution
- Preparing budgets and sourcing quotes
- Liaising with service providers
- Trafficking artwork between designers, copywriters, and clients
- Collating and sharing feedback
- Preparing polished presentations
- Sending agendas and minutes to keep everyone aligned
What you need to be considered..
- Minimum 3 yearsâ below-the-line marketing or promotions/activations experience
- Please note, this isn't a PR role - you need experience in promotions/activations specifically
- Qualification in marketing, events or project management
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail (your CV should be typo-free!)
- Ability to solve problems under pressure
- Confident client-facing skills
- Driverâs licence and own car
- Willingness to travel for work when required
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Passion for people and the planet
- In line with our client's Employment Equity plan, preference will be given to suitably qualified EE candidates.
Bonus points if you..
- Have copywriting experience
- Can write and speak fluently in one ore more African language
