Health and Safety Officer

Manage and monitor contractors and their activities on site. Oversee daily toll plaza operations and site safety. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Maintain health and safety records and reports. Conduct safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks. Identify hazards and assist with risk assessments. Must be able to travel a lot. Requirements: SACPCMP registration is required. Minimum 5 years' experience in Health & Safety, contractor management, or a similar operational environment. Previous experience within toll plaza management, infrastructure, construction, or related industries. Strong understanding of occupational health and safety legislation and best practices. Ability to supervise, coordinate, and manage contractors effectively. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites if required.
