Work model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days from home)
Salary: R45 000 - R60 000 CTC (depending on experience)

About our client..
Our client is a small but globally-minded agency that runs corporate and large-scale conferences and events, as well as purpose-driven conferences. They're looking for a Mid-Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist to lead marketing and comms both internally and for their clients. It's a brilliant opportunity to work across a varied, entrepreneurial environment where great communication and getting things done properly really matter.
What the job involves..
- Developing and executing marketing and communications strategies for the agency and its clients
- Managing content creation across digital, social and traditional channels
- Writing and editing copy for campaigns, newsletters and client communications
- Coordinating marketing activities for events and conferences
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Managing social media presence and content calendars
- Tracking and reporting on campaign performance
- Collaborating closely with the wider team to align messaging and strategy
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen the agency's own brand and market presence
What you need to be considered..
- 5+ years' marketing and communications experience, with some agency background
- Proven experience managing marketing and comms for multiple stakeholders or clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Confidentence managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with social media management and content planning
- A relevant degree or qualification in marketing, communications or a related field
Bonus points if you..
- Have experience in the events or conference industry
- Have worked with international or purpose-driven brands before
- Bring existing relationships or networks that could open new business opportunities
