PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Lead the content strategy and communications execution across Hyperclear Tech's multi-brand portfolio, driving brand authority, audience engagement, and customer acquisition through compelling storytelling and strategic content programs. This is a strategic, hands-on opportunity for a content expert with proven capabilities in B2B technology environments who can craft compelling narratives, manage editorial calendars across multiple brands, and translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging content. The role demands a savvy, tactical storyteller who understands B2B buyer psychology, possesses the creative excellence to produce standout content in saturated markets, and can confidently manage multiple content programs while delivering measurable impacts on brand perception, organic visibility, lead quality, and revenue contribution. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Content Strategy Development & Portfolio Management

  • In close collaboration with the Group Marketing Manager, establish and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with Marketing COE OKR's and each of the respective Business Units objectives. 
  • Establish and manage content governance frameworks, editorial standards, practical application of brand voice guidelines, and quality assurance processes, ensuring consistency, excellence, and brand integrity across the portfolio.
  • Build and maintain quarterly content roadmaps with thematic priorities, channel distribution strategies, resource allocation and expected impact on key growth metrics. 
  • Design full-funnel content programs that target awareness, consideration and decision stages, creating assets optimised for each stage of the buyer journey and audience segment. 
  • Work with the Group Marketing Manager and Business Unit leaders to align content initiatives with product launches, market expansions, events, campaigns, and strategic priorities. 
  • Transform business objectives, product roadmaps, and market opportunities into compelling content themes with clear audience targeting and success metrics.

Content Creation & Editorial Excellence 

  • Lead the creation of high-quality content, including thought leadership, case studies, blogs, website copy, email campaigns, social media content, and sales enablement assets. 
  • In close collaboration with the Group Sales Officer and Group Marketing Manager, develop compelling brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that differentiate portfolio brands. 
  • Translate complex technical and industry concepts into engaging, audience-focused content for B2B markets. 
  • Manage content quality, editorial standards, external contributors, and content development resources. 
  • Brief and manage external writers, agencies, subject matter experts, and creative resources, providing clear direction and maintaining editorial standards. 

Editorial Calendar Management & Content Operations

  • Build and maintain master editorial calendars across multiple brands, coordinating content production, approval workflows, publication schedules, and distribution plans. 
  • Implement scalable content operations, approval processes, asset management, and governance frameworks. 
  • Coordinate content requirements across campaigns, SEO initiatives, product launches, events, and sales activities. 
  • Monitor content production performance and conduct audits to optimise efficiency, quality, and asset utilisation. 
  • Develop content brief templates, creative guidelines, and production playbooks, standardising processes and enabling scalability across the portfolio. 

Brand Storytelling & Thought Leadership Development  

  • Cultivate thought leadership programs positioning executives, product experts, and subject matter specialists as industry authorities through strategic content placements. 
  • Develop BU and business leader visibility strategies, including byline activities, speaking opportunities, podcast appearances, webinar presentations, and social media thought leadership. 
  • Create customer success stories, case studies, and brand narratives that build credibility and trust. 
  • Drive strategic storytelling initiatives that strengthen brand positioning and market influence. 
  • Collaborate with BU Teams to extract compelling stories, insight, and proof points that strengthen the Hyperclear Tech and individual brand narratives. 

Content Distribution & Multi-Channel Activation

  • Develop content distribution strategies across owned, earned and paid channels to maximise reach and engagement. 
  • Create content supporting digital campaigns, paid media, social media, email marketing and lead generation initiatives. 
  • Partner with SEO Manager to ensure content supports search visibility objectives, incorporating keyword strategies, on-page optimisation recommendations, internal linking opportunities and technical SEO best practices into content development workflows.
  • Develop social media content strategies and editorial calendars for LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and relevant B2B platforms, creating platform-native content that balances organic engagement objectives with paid amplification opportunities. 
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, nurture sequences, product and/or service announcements, and promotional campaigns with compelling copy, strategic segmentation, and personalisation that drives engagement and conversion. 
  • Identify and secure earned media opportunities, including industry publication placements, guest posts, podcast interviews, and speaking engagements that expand brand reach and establish thought leadship positioning. 
  • Implement content syndication strategies leveraging third-party platforms, industry networks, and partner channels to extend content visibility, reach new audiences, and generate qualified leads beyond owned channels. 

Content Performance Analysis & Optimisation

  • Review content performance across Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, social media analytics, and content engagement tools, extracting actionable insights that inform content strategy and editorial priorities. 
  • Measure engagement, lead generation, attribution, and ROI to optimise content effectiveness. 
  • Conduct A/B testing and audience analysis to improve content performance and conversion rates. 
  • Partner with Marketing and Demand team members to understand content's contribution to pipeline velocity, deal progression, and revenue outcomes, using insights to prioritise high-impact content initiatives and optimise resource allocation. 

SEO-Aligned Content Development & Organic Growth Collaboration  

  • Collaborate with the SEO manager to translate keyword strategies, search intent insights, and topic cluster recommendations into compelling content roadmaps and editorial prioritise that drive organic visibility. 
  • Create and optimise pillar pages, topic clusters, guides, and educational content based on search demand. 
  • Refresh and enhance existing content using SEO insights and performance data. 
  • Produce content optimised for traditional and AI-powered search experiences. 

Customer Marketing & Post-Purchase Content

  • Develop strategies for customer marketing content that nurtures relationships across the various stages of the marketing funnel through educational resources, brand and solution adoption content group-wide announcements, and customer success stories that drive retention and expansion. 
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Demand teams to address customer needs and improve user experience. 

Brand Voice and Messaging Execution

  • Implement and maintain brand voice, messaging frameworks and communication standards across all content. 
  • Develop style guide, messaging frameworks, and communication standards across all content. 
  • Translate products and service offerings into clear customer benefits and value propositions. 
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams and external contributors. 

Content Innovation & Emerging Formats

  • Explore and test new content formats, channels, technologies, and audience engagement opportunities. 
  • Develop multimedia content strategies incorporating video, podcasts, webinars, and interactive content. 
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve content efficiency and scalability. 
  • Maximise content value through repurposing and multi-channel adaption strategies. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with business leaders, marketing, sales, customer success, and subject matter experts to deliver impactful content. 
  • Translate business objectives, product roadmaps, and market opportunities into content initiatives. 
  • Present content strategies, roadmaps, performance insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. 
  • Provide regular reporting and visibility on content priorities, performance, and business impact. 

Multi-Brand Portfolio Management & Content Efficiency 

  • Manage content priorities across multi-brand portfolio, balancing business needs and growth objectives. 
  • Maintain consistent content standards while adapting messaging to individual brand positioning. 
  • Identify opportunities for content sharing, repurposing and operational efficiencies across brands. 
  • Build scalable content frameworks, asset libraries, and best practices to improve productivity. 

Content Production Technology & Workflow Tools 

  • Manage content and communication-specific technology, including content management systems, digital asset management platforms, editorial workflow tools, and content collaboration software supporting efficient content production and distribution. 
  • Ensure proper content organisation, tagging, categorisation, and metadata implementation within content systems, enabling content discoverability, reusability, and performance tracking. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on integrations between content platforms and marketing systems, ensuring seamless content distribution and tracking. 
  • Evaluate and recommend content production tools, AI writing assistants, collaboration platforms, and workflow automation capabilities that enhance team productivity and content quality. 
  • Troubleshoot content publishing issues and platform limitations, working with IT and web development teams to resolve technical barriers impacting content operations. 
  • Train content teams on effective use of content production tools, platforms and systems, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to content governance standards. 

Content Quality Assurance & Editorial Standards 

  • Maintain high editorial standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, accessibility and brand alignment. 
  • Develop and enforce editorial guidelines, quality controls, and approval processes. 
  • Review and provide feedback on content to ensure compliance with messaging and brand standards. 
  • Champion content excellence and governance across all brands and communication channels. 

KEY REQUIREMENTS: 

Education/Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field is required; an honours or master's degree is highly preferred. 
  • Professional certifications are highly desired: HubSpot Content Marketing Certification, Content Marketing Institute courses, Digital Marketing Institute qualifications or equivalent credentials demonstrating content expertise. 

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 6-9 years of progressive content marketing and communications experience with established expertise in content strategy, editorial management, and multi-channel content programs. 
  • Proven success developing and executing content strategies
  • B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise software experience required - demonstrated understanding of complex buyer journeys, technical product marketing, and longer sales cycles requiring sophisticated content nurture programs. 
  • Experience managing content across multiple brands, business units, or client profiles (shared services, multi-brand, or agency experience is advantageous). 
  • Direct experience with full-funnel content programs spanning awareness through conversion, with clear attribution to pipeline generation and revenue outcomes. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously whilst collaborating across cross-functional teams, self-directing workload and priorities in fast-paced, high growth environments. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types, strategic thinking, creative excellence, and measurable business impact across B2B technology contexts. 
  • Experience implementing content operations frameworks, editorial workflows, and governance structures enabling scalable, efficient content production. 
  • Proven ability to transalte technical concepts, product feautures, and industry insights into compelling narratives that engage non-technical audiences. 
  • Experience leveraging AI- powered content tools, automation capabilities, and productivity technologies whilst maintaining quality standards and authentic brand voice. 
  • Demonstrated ability to present content strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to executive stakeholders with confidence, clarity, and commercial focus. 
  • Track record of building scalable content processes, documentation frameworks, and knowledge systems that can be replicated across multiple brands or business units.
