Level 1 Service Desk Specialist - It Support & Troubleshooting

Responsibilities include logging and resolving incidents, troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic network issues, and escalating where needed.
Candidates should have Matric, IT qualification, and ITIL Foundation is a plus; 3–5 years' IT service desk experience preferred, with remote and on-site support experience.
