Our client, a reputable IT solutions provider, is seeking a proactive Junior Project Coordinator to support their project management office in Randburg, Gauteng .
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with strong organizational skills and an interest in project management within the technology sector.
You will assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
This role offers significant exposure to project lifecycles and diverse technical projects.

Your contribution will be key to the successful delivery of client solutions in the Randburg area.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist project managers in developing project plans and schedules.
Track project progress and update project documentation.
Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Monitor project timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
Support resource allocation and management.
Assist in managing project risks and issues logs.
Communicate project updates to stakeholders as directed.
Help manage project budgets and track expenses.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Support the closure of projects and conduct post-project reviews.
RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Interest in pursuing a career in project management.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach.
Must be based in or willing to commute to Randburg for the in-office component.
