This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth progression of projects by assisting Project Managers and Site Managers with administrative and logistical tasks.
Responsibilities include document control, scheduling support, communication facilitation, and tracking project progress.
This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of on-site presence for coordination and site familiarization in Queenstown , alongside remote work capabilities for administrative duties and reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Managers and Site Managers in daily project operations.
Manage and organize project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
Facilitate communication between project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Assist with the procurement process for materials and equipment.
Maintain project-related databases and filing systems.
Support site logistics and ensure necessary resources are available.
Help prepare progress reports and presentations.
Ensure adherence to company administrative procedures and project protocols.
RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) is a plus.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a hybrid team.
Proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites in the Eastern Cape .
