In this role, you will strengthen the management team by overseeing fruit production. You will be responsible for production planning, allocating labour, equipment and materials, managing staff performance and discipline, and completing weekly reporting.
This role also requires at least 5 years' experience in fruit production, preferably on a commercial scale. A relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Horticulture or Plant Physiology is advantageous. Good knowledge of crop protection, pest control, orchard management, and GlobalGAP or similar, is essential.
