Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years' IT recruitment experience within an agency environment.
• Proven experience recruiting technical professionals across multiple technologies.
• Strong understanding of the South African IT recruitment market.
• Experience working with both permanent and contract placements.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional presentation.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent time management.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
