Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Develop and manage client relationships
- Consistently deliver on role placements and revenue targets
- Operate with a high level of ownership and accountability
Requirements
- Proven track record in recruitment with successful placements
- Strong ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with a focus on results and revenue generation
- Ability to manage and grow your own pipeline
