Sales Customer Complaints Co-Ordinator (Automotive)

We have a vacancy for a Sales Customer Complaints Co-Ordinator with a vehicle dealership in Pretoria.
Duties:
- Handling all customer complaints for sales and after sales
- Handling Ombudsman cases for retail
- Must be present on the floor to walk around and handle and direct customers
- Must provide salespeople with communications training
- Must manage the call back sheets to ensure customers get called back
- Responsible for CSI for all brands within the dealership (CSI for retail)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience with Customer Service and Customer complaints
- Experience working in the motor industry, with corporate brands like Kia, Ford, Chery, Suzuki etc
- Excellent communication and admin skills
- Experience with automotive CRM systems
