Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective international clients/ students.
- Engage warm leads and cold prospects through telephone and virtual meetings.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Accurately manage customer information within the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct professional sales presentations via Microsoft Teams and other virtual platforms.
- Follow up on leads and nurture prospective customers throughout the sales process.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' outbound sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling to international clients is highly advantageous.
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Computer literate with experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
