- Business and systems analysis
- Data analysis and reporting
- Process analysis, mapping and improvement
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- ERP/business systems exposure
- Systems analysis and design
- SQL and database understanding
- Project management or project coordination
- Strong stakeholder engagement across different business functions
- Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders across different business functions to understand business needs.
- Analyse existing business processes, systems and workflows to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
- Develop process maps, workflows and business process documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and increased operational efficiency.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Assist with the design, enhancement and implementation of business systems and solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
- Work with ERP and other business systems to identify system improvements and optimisation opportunities.
- Use SQL and database queries to extract, validate and analyse business data.
- Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
- Coordinate with IT, business users, developers and external service providers where required.
- Support project planning, implementation and coordination of business and technology initiatives.
- Monitor implemented solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
- Maintain accurate requirements, process, system and project documentation.
- Identify risks, dependencies and potential impacts associated with proposed business or system changes.
- Provide ongoing support to users and stakeholders during system and process changes.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, operational requirements and organisational standards.
