Senwes is looking for a Financial Planner to provide compliant, high-quality financial advice to an existing client portfolio, specialising in long-term insurance (risk cover) and investment solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, enhance portfolio suitability and outcomes, and grow the book through retention, cross-selling, and new business—while meeting all regulatory and internal quality standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise an allocated client portfolio by conducting structured engagements, segmenting clients based on value and needs, and ensuring all client information is accurate, up to date, and aligned to service expectations.
- Provide holistic financial planning services across long-term insurance and investment solutions by following a structured advice process, identifying client needs, and delivering suitable, compliant recommendations to both internal and external clients.
- Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships through regular reviews, proactive communication, and timely resolution of queries, while monitoring portfolio performance and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Drive new business opportunities and maximise shareholder value by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, expanding the client base, and delivering tailored financial solutions aligned to different life stages and client goals.
