The OUTlife Sales department is responsible for managing client quotes through various channels, including inbound calls, internet leads, and outbound activities. The role focuses on converting these leads into successful sales. A strong, adaptable salesperson is essential to thrive in this dynamic environment, with an ability to embrace change and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads/quotes into sales, consistently achieving defined quality and quantity targets.
- Engage with both inbound and outbound customer interactions to provide quotes and close sales effectively.
- Quickly adapt to evolving circumstances while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate (minimum requirement).
- FAIS Regulatory Exam certification.
- Relevant recognized qualification (based on previous experience involving advice-giving).
