An established corporate advisory firm is seeking an experienced Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) & Employment Equity (EE) Support Specialist to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a compliance-focused professional with extensive experience in Skills Development and Employment Equity, who enjoys working with a diverse client base. Salary: R35 000 CTC Located: Pretoria Minimum requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Law or a related field SDF Qualification (essential) 3 - 5 years' experience as a Skills Development Facilitator working across multiple SETAs Proven experience with Employment Equity reporting and compliance Previous experience in a consulting or advisory environment will be advantageous Own reliable vehicle
