Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including cash-ups, stock control, ordering, and reporting.
- Manage inventory, stock receiving, waste control, and store administration.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained.
- Monitor store performance and communicate daily operational updates.
- South African citizen (essential).
- Diploma in Hospitality
- Previous experience managing a café, coffee shop, or hospitality outlet.
- Strong barista skills and food handling experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office and GAAP POS experience.
- Well-organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays.
