Role Overview
In this position, you will:

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree : In business, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in customer service : Minimum of 2 years in a banking or retail environment.
- Strong communication skills : Ability to engage effectively with customers and staff.
- Problem-solving skills : Proficient in resolving issues and providing effective solutions.
