Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree : In education, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in training : Minimum of 3 years in a training or banking role.
- Strong presentation skills : Ability to engage and motivate trainees.
- Excellent communication skills : Proficient in delivering clear and effective training.
- Leadership skills : Proven ability to guide and support staff development.
