Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Debtors and Creditors Clerk to join our Johannesburg office
- Processing disbursements and creditor payments;
- Bulk invoicing and client billing;
- Payment reconciliations and resolving account discrepancies;
- FICA checks and letters of engagement; and
- Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.
- Previous working experience with GhostPractice is essential ;
- A basic understanding of accounting principles, including invoices, debits and credits;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Strong administrative and organisational skills; and
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail;
Experience with Absa Coupa and Absa Debt Manager will be advantageous.
Market related depending on experience
