We are looking for a competitive, target-driven Sales Lead to drive business growth, close key deals, and help guide our sales team to success.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect, pitch, and close high-value business deals to achieve monthly sales targets.Lead, mentor, and assist sales reps with pitch techniques and objection handling.Manage customer relationships and negotiate win-win contracts.Track pipeline activity using CRM software to forecast monthly revenue.Requirements3+ years of proven track record in sales (experience in a lead/senior role preferred).Strong negotiation, cold-outreach, and deal-closing skills.Hands-on experience using CRM tools.Self-motivated with strong leadership and communication abilities.
