Our client, a leading supplier of steel products, is seeking a dedicated Internal Sales Consultant who will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and sales success in Gauteng.
What You'll Do:
Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations for steel products
Process orders and coordinate timely deliveries
Follow up on quotations and identify new sales opportunities
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients
Support the achievement of monthly sales targets
Provide administrative and operational assistance to the sales team
Requirements:
Matric certificate (minimum requirement)
Previous internal sales experience is essential
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in computer literacy
Strong customer service focus with attention to detail
Nice to Have:
Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate successfully
Experience in administrative functions within a sales environment
Previous experience in the steel industry highly advantageous
