The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in professional cookery, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating outstanding cuisine. ? Key Responsibilities Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with established standards Take responsibility for a designated section within the kitchen Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all food leaving the kitchen Assist with menu preparation and daily mise en place Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering requirements Ensure all food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations Assist with training and supporting junior kitchen staff where required Minimise waste and contribute to effective cost control measures Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workstation at all times Requirements Relevant culinary qualification preferred Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step Experience within a luxury hospitality, hotel, restaurant or guest farm environment advantageous Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations Excellent organisational and time-management skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Passion for food, creativity and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, professional and well-presented ?
