- Prepare rate proposals, costing analysis, and freight data for the sales team.
- Compile sales and client reports.
- Work closely with the National Sales Manager and other managers on ongoing sales initiatives.
- Perform data cleanup and maintenance within the in-house system.
- Provide general administrative support across the sales function.
- Use AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency, and move with the times.
What We're Looking For
- Strong Excel skills — essential.
- Comfortable working with AI tools in daily tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in a sales admin, costing, or reporting role is an advantage.
- Ability to work closely with management and multiple stakeholders.
