Work-Force specializes in connecting talent with exciting career opportunities across various industries. As a Home Delivery Assistant, you will support delivery drivers in ensuring that packages and goods are delivered safely and efficiently to customers' homes.
Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for:
• Assisting Drivers : Helping delivery drivers with loading and unloading packages.
• Route Navigation : Assisting in navigating delivery routes efficiently.
• Customer Interaction : Interacting positively with customers during deliveries.
• Package Handling : Ensuring packages are handled with care and delivered safely.
• Team Collaboration : Working closely with delivery teams to meet delivery goals.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
• Previous Experience : Experience in delivery or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Physical Stamina : Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy packages.
• Reliability : Dependability and punctuality in attendance.
• Team Player : Willingness to work as part of a team and assist others.
• Communication Skills : Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
