Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
- Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring development efforts focus on the highest-value initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business stakeholders to drive successful product delivery
- Translate business requirements and customer needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
- Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and stakeholder engagement throughout the product lifecycle
- Analyse product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and enhancements
- Balance customer experience, business value, and technical feasibility when prioritising features and improvements
- Drive continuous product optimisation, ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with strategic goals
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 3+ years’ of Product Ownership experience in Agile environments
- Minimum 3+ years’ working within Scrum teams, managing sprint delivery and backlog refinement
- Proven experience prioritising and owning complex product backlogs
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
- Strong stakeholder management across business, product, and technology teams
- Experience defining product roadmaps and aligning delivery to strategic objectives
- Data-driven approach to product decisions, optimisation, and feature prioritisation
- Track record of delivering customer-centric digital products and enhancements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, QA, and Business stakeholders
