- Join a forward-thinking finance team focused on delivering high-quality outsourced financial services
- Provide bookkeeping and management accounting services for cloud-based clients
- Support clients using digital and cloud accounting platforms
- Assist in implementing and maintaining cloud accounting systems for new clients
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and regular client financial updates
- Prepare VAT returns and management accounts
- Support advisory services related to cloud accounting and financial systems
- Work closely with clients to provide clear financial insights (bank balances, debtors, creditors, etc.)
- Contribute to a team environment focused on service excellence and client support
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 minimum (tertiary qualification and/or professional accounting registration advantageous)
- 2–3 years’ experience in an accounting firm (preferred)
- Strong bookkeeping and management accounting experience
- Good knowledge of VAT legislation and practical application
- Understanding of Income Tax and IFRS for SMEs (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with cloud accounting systems (Xero and Dext advantageous)
- Ability to work confidently on digital platforms and cloud-based tools
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical, leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Client service mindset with attention to accuracy and detail
