Consultant: Soné Johnson
- Manage day-to-day office operations, client administration, and workflow coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries, onboarding, and scheduling.
- Prepare invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain accurate client records.
- Coordinate with accounting staff to monitor job progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems, reports, and office documentation.
- Support office administration, reception, marketing activities, and team events.
- Assist with improving internal systems and administrative processes.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, Bookkeeping, or a related field will be advantageous.
- Previous experience in an administrative or client-facing role within an accounting, financial services, or professional services environment.
- Experience with invoicing, billing, document management, and office administration.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), with the ability to learn new software systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
