PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)

We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to our Chief Operating Officer. This is a high-trust role requiring exceptional organizational skills, maturity, and the ability to manage a demanding and fast-paced executive office.
1. Executive & Diary Management
- Proactive management of COO's complex diary, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Scheduling meetings, board meetings, and management meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Screening calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the COO.
2. Office & Operations Support
- Acting as gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence to a high standard.
- Coordinating regional visits, events, and conferences.
- Following up on key actions and deliverables from COO's office to ensure traction.
3. Administration & Confidentiality
- Managing confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Handling expense claims, requisitions, and office administration.
- Filing and maintaining an efficient document management system.
- Matric essential, Diploma/Degree in Office Administration / Business Administration advantageous.
- 5+ years proven experience as a PA / Executive Assistant supporting a C-Suite Executive (COO/CEO/MD level).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
- Experience in [Your Industry - e.g., HR Services / Recruitment / Corporate] will be advantageous.
