Recruitment Consultant in CA(SA) and General Finance
- Managing the full finance function and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Leading and developing a finance team to achieve operational excellence.
- Preparing monthly management accounts and providing financial insights to stakeholders.
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensuring strong financial controls, governance, and compliance.
- Managing month-end and year-end reporting processes.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to support business decision-making.
- Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes and efficiencies.
- CA(SA) qualification is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-articles experience.
- Proven experience managing a full finance function.
- Previous team management experience is required.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with excellent commercial understanding.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
