About the Role Our client is seeking a talented Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in Embedded Systems to join their innovative team in Nelspruit .
This role is crucial for the design, development, and integration of complex embedded hardware and software solutions for cutting-edge products.
You will lead system design efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, and software engineers, and ensure the successful delivery of robust and reliable embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities Lead the architectural design and development of complex embedded systems from concept to production.
Define system requirements, specifications, and interfaces between hardware and software components.
Oversee the integration of hardware, firmware, and software, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
Develop and execute system-level test plans and validation procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues encountered during development and testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and quality assurance.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems engineering, with a strong focus on embedded systems development.
Proven experience with system architecture design, requirements management, and integration.
Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded environments and experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
Knowledge of hardware interfaces, microcontrollers, and debugging tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
