Senior Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities within the commercial vehicle rental market.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners.
Build a sustainable pipeline through networking, referrals and proactive business development activities.
Engage with Managing Directors, Directors and senior decision-makers to present tailored commercial rental solutions.
Drive opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and expand existing customer partnerships.
Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the sales process from initial engagement through to contract conclusion.
Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting using CRM systems.
Represent the business professionally within the market and actively identify emerging commercial opportunities.
Requirements: Matric (Grade 12).
710 years' experience in Commercial Vehicle Rental Sales .
Proven experience within the commercial rental industry, specifically bakkies, vans or trucks .
Established network within the commercial rental sector.
Demonstrated success in new business development and strategic sales.
Experience selling to executive-level stakeholders including Managing Directors, Directors and Senior Management.
Technical Skills: Salesforce
