- A minimum of 5 years experience in commercial management, preferably in the construction or engineering sectors
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and management
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
