Our client, is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join their team based in Sandton. - Qualified CA(SA) with a minimum of 5 years' post-articles experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, Governance, or Financial Audit
- Experience within retail, manufacturing, multinational, or similarly complex business environments
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management principles, internal controls, and IFRS
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong reporting and analytical capabilities
- An independent, commercially minded professional with excellent judgement, resilience, and stakeholder management skills
- Lead and manage internal audit engagements from planning through to reporting across multiple business units
- Conduct risk assessments, IT General Controls (ITGC) reviews, and evaluate governance and compliance frameworks
- Identify control weaknesses and provide practical recommendations to improve business processes and mitigate risk
- Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management, Audit Committees, and the Board
- Drive audit planning and execution in accordance with internal audit standards, regulatory requirements, and organisational objectives
