We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Plant Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment in KwaZulu-Natal.
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant performance, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and operational excellence across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plant operations and production output
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and food/beverage manufacturing standards
- Manage production teams, shift performance, and workforce planning
- Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate maintenance, production planning, and supply chain alignment
- Monitor KPIs and provide operational performance reporting
- Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing team
Requirements
- Proven experience in beverage manufacturing or FMCG production environment
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
- Strong background in plant/production/operations management
- Experience managing full manufacturing operations end-to-end
- Leadership experience managing teams in a production environment
- Strong understanding of quality, safety, and compliance standards
