Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Manage budgets, expenses, stock control, and inventory reconciliations to maximise profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer service and effective resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while supporting digital systems and process optimisation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail sales, including proven store or team management experience.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge of retail operating system, enabling efficient management of store operations and data-driven decision-making.
