Workshop Manager Steel Fabrication Shop (Boksburg)Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for precision engineering and team management? Our steel fabrication workshop is seeking a dynamic Workshop Manager to oversee operations and drive excellence in production.? Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise a team of 2530 staff across fabrication, welding, and finishing departmentsEnsure adherence to sheet metal tolerances and oversee cutting, bending, welding, and grinding processesLead production planning, quality control, and stock management to meet deadlines and maintain efficiencyDevelop and produce technical drawings using SolidWorks or AutoCADImplement and maintain workshop standards, safety protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives? Requirements:Strong background in steel fabrication and sheet metal processesProficiency in SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD for design and developmentProven experience in team leadership and workshop managementSolid understanding of production workflows, QC systems, and inventory controlBased near Boksburg North or willing to commute?
