Job Description To manage a portfolio of Absa-approved 'Contact' motor OEM Partner Dealers by building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships that drive retail market share growth, increase cross-sell of Absa Value-Added Products (VAPs), and ensure dealer compliance with conduct, risk, and governance standards. The role is responsible for end-to-end dealer engagement, sales enablement, and risk oversight to support sustainable business growth and franchise value. Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Absa Policies and Policy Standards. Understand and manage risks and risk events (incidents) relevant to the role. Education Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required) End Date: August 25, 2026
