DC Meat is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Night Shift Cooker /Turbo Smoker Operator to join our production team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Male
Previous experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, or machine operation will be advantageous.
Ability to work permanent night shift- Mondays to Thursdays (18:00 – 06:00).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
Physically fit and able to work in cold room and production environments.

Responsibility:
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Turbo Smokers safely and efficiently during production.
Ensure products are cooked to the correct temperatures to meet food safety standards.
Monitor and record product and chamber temperatures accurately.
Ensure cooking cycles are followed correctly and core temperatures are achieved.
Move product trolleys to and from cold rooms before and after cooking.
Complete all production and temperature records accurately and timeously.
Report equipment malfunctions, product defects, or any irregularities to management immediately.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping.
Clean and disinfect equipment and work areas according to company procedures.
