Key Responsibilities
- Manage all brand communications, assets & collateral to ensure brand standards are upheld and brand remains relevant, aspirational, innovative & desirable.
- Manage all digital channels & touch-points including social media, email, website, online & others; create content, schedule posts, engage & grow communities.
- Manage print & physical in-store collateral for campaigns and promotions.
- Manage third-party digital channels for online ordering, payments, rewards, coupons & vouchering.
- Manage public relations, relationships with ambassadors, influencers, media & stakeholders; ensure positive brand endorsement.
- Manage consumer face-to-face engagements and activations to communicate brand messages and build relationships.
- Manage customer relationships & community management across all touch-points.
- Manage budgets, admin & related tasks for an effective marketing department.
