As our Senior Designer, you’ll play a key part in delivering engaging, high-performing digital and print experiences that captivate players and strengthen our brand across multiple platforms (within the iGaming field).

You’ll get hands-on with creating compelling, high-impact marketing collateral, designing intuitive user interfaces, developing game-related visual assets, collaborating with product, development and marketing teams, and optimising designs based on player behaviour and performance data.

What You’ll Do

Full campaign ownership across platforms

• Lead end-to-end design for promotions and campaigns, from concept through to delivery across desktop, mobile, web, email, and print
• Create rich, engaging iGaming visuals and experiences that drive player engagement and conversion while ensuring brand consistency

Advanced design execution & creative problem-solving

• Conceptualise and deliver high-quality UI, UX, and visual designs that are both functional and user-friendly
• Approach each project holistically, solving design challenges in the context of broader business, player, and performance needs

Independent delivery & quality control

• Own and manage complex design projects independently, ensuring consistent on-time, high-quality delivery
• Perform quality control across outputs, guiding standards, reviewing work across teams, and ensuring adherence to design systems and best practices

Collaboration, leadership & mentorship

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and development teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact experiences
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to junior designers, while supporting and guiding campaign ownership across the team

Continuous improvement & design excellence

• Drive ongoing improvements in design quality, team processes, and UX through data, insights, and industry trends
• Proactively evolve templates, style guides, and design systems while staying up to date with iGaming, design, and technology advancements

Desirable Skills You’ve Got Up Your Sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

• In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
• Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
• Through-the-line conceptual or agency experience — able to develop cohesive campaign ideas across multiple channels
• Print design experience with the ability to create high-quality physical collateral aligned to brand standards
• Motion design or animation skills and experience with tools like After Effects to create engaging, dynamic content
• Basic front-end knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, and how designs translate into development
• Experience with design systems, contributing to or evolving scalable design systems across products and campaigns
