What You’ll Be Doing
? Identify customer needs and recommend the right parts? Provide accurate product info (specs, features & benefits)
? Process orders and ensure correct selection + timely fulfilment
? Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control
? Handle queries and deliver strong after-sales support
? Build lasting customer relationships
? Process payments in line with company policies
? Stay sharp on industry trends, products & tech
What You Bring
Matric / Grade 12Minimum 3 years’ sales experience ( auto parts industry essential )
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Customer service mindset (this is key)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Organised, detail-focused & solution-driven
Ability to perform under pressure
