Position Overview: As a Senior UX/UI Product Designer, you will play a critical role in enhancing user engagement and conversion rates on our online platform. Your primary focus will be on optimizing user flows, improving course completion rates, and developing effective viral referral mechanisms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centric solutions using data-driven insights and creative design strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conversion-Focused Design:
- Lead the design of UX/UI elements using Figma with a focus on optimizing conversion rates.
- Apply data-driven design principles and experimentation to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
Landing Page Optimization:
- Utilize Webflow to continuously refine and improve landing pages for better user conversion and effectiveness.
Gamification and Engagement:
- Implement gamification strategies to boost user engagement, encourage course completion, and facilitate referrals.
User Research and Testing:
- Conduct user research and analyze behavior to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
- Perform A/B testing to validate design changes and measure their impact on user behavior.
Collaborative Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with the brand’s vision and drive the creative direction of our products.
- Lead design projects, provide insights, and share design concepts effectively across teams.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 7 years in UX/UI design with a proven track record in conversion optimization. Experience with A/B testing, gamification, and referral mechanisms is essential.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Familiarity with HTML5/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong understanding and passion for cryptocurrency and trading, with previous experience in gamification projects highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead projects and share insights effectively.
