Your Role

Conduct searches and inspections in line with site procedures
Maintain PSIRA registration and uphold the security industry code of conduct
Conduct legal research and prepare opinions for the legal team
Compile accurate occurrence books and incident reports
Track legal and regulatory changes and advise the business on impact
Draft, review and amend commercial contracts and service agreements
Run compliance training for staff on POPIA, FICA and ethics

Minimum Requirements

Relevant qualification: LLB, paralegal diploma or PSIRA grading as required
Clear criminal record verified through approved screening
Active PSIRA registration at the appropriate grade for security roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Sound ethical judgement and ability to maintain confidentiality
