Our company is looking for a Short-Term Insurance Claims Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Register claims within SLA/Mandates;
  • Update Estimates;
  • Upload/File claim documentation;
  • Update claim statuses timeously;
  • Report Third Party claims within SLA;
  • Report Risk/Fraudulent claims;
  • Appoint Investigators/Assessors;
  • Report recoveries claims within SLA;
  • Validate claims and process claims within the standard operating procedures;
  • Utilize diary system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 60 FAIS credits;
  • RE5 Representatives;
  • Resourceful and pro-active;
  • Good Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills;
  • Extremely client/service orientated;
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities;
  • High level of spoken and written English;
  • Minimum 3-5 years Short Term Insurance Claims experience.
