Our company is looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively monitor and review customer sales activity;
  • Maintain a high-level of customer service with existing customers;
  • Uncover opportunities for new business within assigned territory by cultivating leads and utilizing your network;
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations teams to maximize sales and revenue growth within territory;
  • Leverage relationships to expand business;
  • Adjust processes and strategies to help the business grow.

Requirements:

  • 3 years previous experience in Field Sales within related industry;
  • Grade 12;
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships;
  • Must be able to analyse, plan and organize, making decisions, result orientated, self- management skills;
  • Grade 12 (Matric);
  • Champion for development of successful sales engagement;
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Good working knowledge of airfreight, ocean freight, road freight, customs clearing, imports, exports and international trade;
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills and the ability to focus on outcomes;
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience within the transport, logistics or freight forwarding industry (or similar services industry);
  • Experience in Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearing sales environment with proven record (advantageous);
  • Minimum 3 -5 years within the transport, logistics or freight forwarding industry (or similar service industry);
  • Experience in Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearing sales environment with proven advantageous.
