Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Sales Advisor during the sales consultation;
- Informing customers on product specifications of all BMW products and features;
- Managing the test drive process;
- Conducting the need analysis together with the customer;
- Keeping the product knowledge within the dealership at high level;
- Being the main point of contact for the customer to answer questions about products incl. usage/functions.
Requirements:
- Self-starter;
- Recent graduate ideal;
- Working experience with customer contact;
- Must be a people’s person.
