Our company is looking for a Underwriting Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and electronic saving of various documents;
  • Filing of files into filing system;
  • Typing up of documents;
  • Scanning of Short Term Division Files;
  • Making copies of documents;
  • Any further clerical/administrative duties that might be assigned;
  • Preparation of renewal letters;
  • Prepping renewal terms personal & commercial lines;
  • Prepping pre-renewal loss ratios personal & commercial lines;
  • Retrieving of files from filing system;
  • Acting as a support function to the Short Term Underwriting Team;
  • Compiling of files.

Requirements:

  • Must live in Port Elizabeth;
  • Must be computer literate on MS Office Programs, particularly Excel;
  • 3 year Diploma/Degree Advantageous;
  • Matric Certificate;
  • Experience in a corporate company Advantageous;
  • Must be able to read, write and understand Afrikaans.
